Avoid Heat and Friction: For the first 24-48 hours post-wax, avoid activities that may increase heat or friction in the waxed area, such as hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools and vigorous exercise.

Wear Loose Clothing: Opt for loose-fitting clothing to prevent irritation and allow the skin to breathe. Tight clothing can rub against the waxed area and exacerbate discomfort.

Avoid Sun Exposure: Stay out of direct sunlight and tanning beds for at least 24 hours post-wax to prevent sunburn and potential skin irritation. Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher on exposed areas if outdoor exposure is unavoidable.
